Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Facility Maintenance Specialist), you'll support the day-to-day operations of all machines and equipment in the facility. Your role will include performing preventive maintenance, providing technical assistance for reliability issues, assisting with equipment upgrades and rebuilds, and fabricating, modifying, assembling, and repairing production components using various tools and equipment.

- Associate’s Degree in Industrial or Electrical Maintenance Technology preferred, or 5 - 7 years experience with Vocational Training Program or Military equivalent.
- Ability to solve mechanical/electrical issues with a solid mechanical, electrical, and technical aptitude.
- Experience with metal fabrication, welding, and the use of precision measurement instruments.
- Proficiency in PLC and Electrical Troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electric motors, conveyors, gears, pneumatics, and hydraulics; HVAC experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder diagrams and basic drawings, equipment manuals, parts lists, and equipment instructions.
