Maintenance Technician- Tuttle's Grove

We are looking to hire a full time Maintenance Technicianto join our team! This position will work under a Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring the property, grounds, and equipment are safe, orderly, and visibly appealing. The right person will be self-motivated, be able to work as part of a team, provide outstanding customer service, and take immense pride in their work.

• Maintain grounds daily, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed
• Timely completion of apartment turns, work orders and special projects
• Completion of minor plumbing and other service requests
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner, ensuring timely completion of the work order.

The Maintenance Technicianshould have basic knowledge of plumbing, appliance repairs, and apartment turns. Availability for on-call emergencies when necessary. Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation.
