Job Summary
DTG2GO is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join the team in our Fayetteville, NC location. The Maintenance Tech is responsible to evaluate, repair and maintain all production equipment to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Ensure accurate printing and ensuring that all garments are inspected up to company standards.
Essential Job Functions
- Keep all production equipment operating at peak performance levels.
- Maintain consumables, supply and parts inventory.
- Trouble shoot and resolve machine issues.
- Perform daily maintenance on equipment.
- Perform scheduled PM on all equipment.
- Troubleshoot/repair electronic and mechanical issues on production equipment.
- Print garments as ordered and directed for audit purposes.
- Be precise and reach daily goals.
- Check the quality of the machines for mistakes such as, streaking, fading, off center, ink damages, quality of shirt, etc.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform any other job-related duties requested by supervisor.

- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in digital printing or screen-printing industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical/critical thinking.
- Must be detail oriented, with a sense of urgency and focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to learn usage and repair of direct to garment printers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be flexible in work schedule.

- All job duties are performed in person in a warehouse environment.
- The warehouse environment includes noise, heat, cold, dust, dirt, and fumes.

Wednesday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday – 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
