Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Automation Technician, Equipment Technician), you'll ensure the smooth operation of automated assembly lines, including mechanical and electrical systems, robots, and machining centers. You'll work closely with line operators, other shift Maintenance Technicians, and engineering and maintenance teams to enhance operations. Your role will involve troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and clear communication with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and other automation devices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with knowledge of failure analysis and detection of failure modes to prevent equipment breakdown.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens.
- Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
