Maintenance Technician

The Charlotte Hall Drug & Alcohol Residential Treatment Center has served local communities for more than 40-years providing treatment through structured programs for detox, residential care, medication-assisted treatment and family education for both men and women. Pyramid Healthcare offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare for our clients to help develop the strength needed to overcome life’s challenges and allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting our clients with assisting with regular Maintenance and septic services.

Hourly Rate:

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
• Regular Maintenance duties, such as- general carpentry & building repair, painting, basic electrical & plumbing, grounds work, janitorial and septic work.
• Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled and skilled building maintenance work of average difficulty
• Performs a variety of tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing/septic, electrical, and general mechanical repair work. May require supervision for certain job assignments.
• Operates and utilizes a wide variety of tools and equipment such as assorted hand tools, table saws, hand drills, pipe cutters; may operate a pick-up/maintenance/septic vehicle in the performance of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience:

• General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
