Maintenance Technician

All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Tech for an immediate opening with a production company in Kent, WA. We’re looking for someone with prior experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems to install and maintain machinery. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.
Pay for the Maintenance Tech:

• $20 - $25 per hour

Job Location:

• Kent, WA
• Bus line accessible

Schedule for the Maintenance Tech:

• Monday – Friday
• Multiple shifts available:
  • 5am – 1:30pm
  • 6am – 2:30pm
  • 7am – 3:30pm

Maintenance Tech Duties:

• Record data and maintain procedures and documentation
• Debug and resolve problems with new and existing equipment
• Maintain equipment and facilities, including performing preventative maintenance
• Work with others to troubleshoot machine and system problems

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (or similar)
• Must have technical mechanical & electrical knowledge and experience
• Must be able to troubleshoot machines and systems
• Must be able to read drawings, prints, and understand technical specifications
• Must be proficient with MS Office
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior purchasing experience is a plus
• Associates degree in electrical/mechanical engineering preferred
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
