Currently we have a full-time employment opportunity available in our Blairsville, PA facility for a Maintenance Technician.
Job Responsibilities

• Schedule, repair and perform maintenance and preventative maintenance, on machines and associated equipment, cranes and crane hoists, and additional facility equipment.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and monitor compliance.
• Maintain sufficient levels of equipment spares for facility.
• Develop and maintain equipment and facility maintenance inspection records.
• Complete safety inspections on equipment and repair, as necessary.
• Assist with Safety, Health and Environmental concerns.
• Schedule electrical or mechanical installation or repairs with contractors, as needed.
• Participate in and maintain 6S activities/areas.

Position Requires

• High school diploma/GED with previous experience maintaining, trouble shooting and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of electricity.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems; hydraulics, compressed air, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and illustrated drawings.
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate computers systems and programs to develop spreadsheets for inventory, preventative maintenance schedules and repair history.

Normal scheduled work hours 5:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Thursday. Individual must be willing and able to work overtime, alternate shifts, and/or weekends, when required due to maintenance needs.
