Maintenance Technician

Perform general maintenance and repairs of all office buildings and medical equipment required for daily operations. The position demands a multi-talented self-motivated person to perform various jobs. These include repairs of electrical plumbing carpentry light mechanical general construction various medical equipment repairs and other types of work as determined necessary by management. Some clerical skills are required to maintain department records databases and reports. The purchasing of some supplies and travel to all locations is required as well as the response to emergency situations.

- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Requires:
    - Ability to be self-directed
    - Good communication skills
    - Ability to lift 60 lbs.
    - Trade certificate(s) to demonstrate skills and experience
- Must posses a valid California drivers license have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
