Job Title:Bilingual Case Worker - Housing Navigator

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $22.50

Responsibilities:

• Receives, reviews and processes evictions on cases for ERAP assistance; Contacts clients and landlords to discuss the program to receive consent of their participation

• Completes and submits eviction on diversion form to designated ERAP Case Manager

• Coordinates with the designated ERAP Case Manager to provide missing or necessary documentation to process assistance

• Assists the JP courts with necessary paperwork towards case resolution on familiarity with current housing market information, housing trends and available affordable housing resources

• Knowledge of effective business/professional contact techniques;

• Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• MUST be Bilingual (Spanish)

• Relevant experience in an office environment, must have Case Worker experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

• Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• HS diploma or GED required
