You are:
A Performance-driven contributor who can effectively troubleshoot, repair, or diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues on industrial equipment with little to no supervision. You are a self-motivated individual who seeks opportunities to learn effective ways of increasing efficiency and reducing downtime of industrial mail sorting equipment.
You will:
" Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair complex mechanical and electronic industrial equipment including conveyor systems, and sortation machines
" Respond to equipment break down or emergency situations
" Utilize inventory, pm schedule, and work order systems to effectively reduce downtime
" Assist in maintaining the spare parts/supply inventory
" Read and interpret schematics, charts, service manuals and parts diagram
" Evaluate and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and completing repairs in a timely manner
" Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations on industrial machinery including belt/pulley systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components, motors, photo-eyes, relays, drive assemblies, limit switches, proximity sensors, and solenoids
" Use a multi-meter or any other type of electronic testing equipment to safely test or execute appropriate maintenance
" Perform all additional duties as required
Your background:
As an Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician III, you have:
" 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial mechanical equipment including mailing equipment/sortation, conveyance, PLC systems, or any other industrial electro-mechanical production equipment
" Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment
" Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, read schematics, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures
" Experience with electro-mechanics troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
Comments for Suppliers: Monday through Friday shift from 2pm to 1030pm. 2nd
Will accept submission rate of to depending on experience. Please do not submit at the high rate if the experience does not support the rate
