SalaryiTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company servicing a three hour radius from Mount Hood to Lincoln City, Bend and everything in between. The properties we manage can be found on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc.
We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who is available for on call, part-time work within Central Oregon.
As a Maintenance Technician for iTrip Vacations, you will be contacted by our Regional Manager to coordinate jobs. A summary of the most common calls are listed below:
- Basic Plumbing (Clogged toilets, drains. Minor leaks in sinks, showers, etc)
- Basic Electric needs (Replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting light issues)
- Repairs on doors (Patching holes, repairing hinges, etc.)
- Performing maintenance on hot tubs, including balancing chemicals (Training provided)
- Must be able to lift/push/carry/pull 25 to 30 pounds
