Primary Objective of Position:
To maintain manufacturing equipment and facility in such a manner as to maximize uptime at the least cost to production-related goals. The incumbent either serves as a maintenance lead and/or possess specialized training/certification, e.g. controls technician or master electrician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This candidate will have 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility and understand PM Scheduling. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall functionality and efficiency of our facilities.

What Success Looks Like?
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- PM scheduling experience
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- 3 years experience in a manufacturing facility
- Electrical Maintenance background with low and high voltage
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Own your own tools (speciality tools provided)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
