PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Requires minimum of eight hours standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body mechanics/movements.

Regularly required to lift and carry up to 35 (thirty-five) pounds. Frequently required to lift and carry up to fifty-five (55) pounds.

Must be able to work in an environment requiring use of ladder, stairs, heights, platforms and climbing in and out of trailers or working under trailers in tight spaces.

Must have ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools safely, work with compressed air safely, ability to work near fiber glass, operate fork trucks safely and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE)

Maintenance Tech:

EXPERIENCE

· Maintenance for buildings and grounds including but not limited to: Welding, framing construction and metal work

· Operation of the Maintenance Group tools and equipment including but not limited to: forklift, scissor lifts.

· Yard work and landscaping

· Compliance with Company policies and procedures

· Compliance with local, state and federal rules, regulations and codes

SKILLS

· Communication skills – verbal and written

· Coordinate with supervision and other groups including outside contractors

· Read and accurately follow schedules, blue prints, diagrams and schematics

· Reporting and documentation

· Safe operation of various equipment including heavy equipment

· Work independently with limited instruction

· Safety Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fond du Lac, WI 54935: Relocate before starting work (Required)
