General Areas of Responsibility and Accountabilities:
Within the organizational structure, the Maintenance Person will be responsible for the following areas. 1.) Safety; 2.)Plant Maintenance; and 3) Quality. The specific responsibilities and accountabilities are summarized as follows:
1) Safety
· Maintenance Person will maintain equipment and work space in a safe manner in keeping with Standard Good Housekeeping Practices. Under OSHA 1910.22(a)
· Unsafe conditions are to be immediately remedied or Management of unsafe conditions immediately.
· Be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs frequently-- ergonomically correct.
2) Plant Maintenance
· Maintenance Person is responsible for:
o PM requirements to keep machines operating efficiently
o Basic knowledge of machine operation
o Troubleshooting Electrical, Mechanical and minor Operational issues
· Physical aspects of Maintenance include:
o Repeated bending or twisting
o Repeated hand/wrist motion
o Long periods of standing and/or walking (8 to 10 hours)
3) Quality
Maintenance work done on equipment to maintain/improve overall product quality.
Leaving repaired equipment in a condition that does not create a quality concern.
Reporting Relationships:
Reports directly to the Maintenance Foreman

Engineering
Materials Handling (3)
Lead Operators
Production Planning
Shift:
2nd: Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am Friday 2pm to 10pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
