Looking for a self-motivated individual to be responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance and physical care related our apartment community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform light plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry work
- Perform custodial work, including apartment turns and cleaning.
- Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, annual inspections, and inventories
- Routine grounds maintenance.
- Professionally respond to service requests from Property Manager(s), vendors, and/or tenants
- Conduct follow-up with residents after work has been performed
- Keep tenants apprised of any on-going repairs/maintenance
- Adhere to all local/state laws and comply with the company's policies and procedures
- Any other duties as requested and/or assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Previous experience preferred
- Prior training in some or all of the areas a plus.
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must possess own tools, a valid driver's license to drive own vehicle and/or company vehicle for service requests.
- Ability to lift heavy objects

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
