Porter/Maintenance Worker (Part Time)

The Porter/Maintenance Worker (Part Time) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and
organized operation of the office by performing basic facilities maintenance support and
assisting with various tasks and projects to help the office run smoothly. This is a fully onsite
Part Time position.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform basic facilities maintenance such as; filter changes, light cleaning, building

desks and chairs, moving boxes, changing light fixtures, maintaining inventory stock

• Performing preventative maintenance
• Inspect and troubleshoot appliances
• Assemble or disassemble equipment
• Implement the maintenance budget
• Plan and schedule repairs

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to safely lift, carry, move, push, and pull up to 75lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with managers, co-

workers, and vendors
Other Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (4 hours a day)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
