Form of workHilton Stockholm Slussen is now looking for a Duty Engineer to join our Maintenance Team. You will be part of an international organization with the possibility of an international career.

In addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting facilities, we operate two F&B outlets and our auditorium as an event location.
As a duty engineer at Hilton Stockholm Slussen you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on hotel and building equipment and tools to ensure guest satisfaction as per Hilton brand standards.

Focus on guest experience by responding to maintenance needs in an effective and prompt manner.
Work as part of the hotel team to ensure effective communication flow for guest satisfaction
Effectively resolve or identify through fault finding defect items within the hotel and follow up accordingly.
Carry out consistent preventive maintenance programs in our hotel rooms and public areas.
Monitoring of various maintenance systems to ensure function and effective use of energy.
Ensure a safe environment for our team members and guests by monitor building in regards to fire life safety.
Keep all mechanical areas in a neat and orderly condition.
You will also be required to perform annual, quarterly, and monthly preventative maintenance activities on the machine park.
For the right person to assist in remodeling and construction of new projects may be possible

Qualifications - What are we looking for:
A degree within a maintenance field or similar work experience
Beneficial with a minimum 3 years work experience within a maintenance or construction environment.
Able to communicate in both Swedish and English.
You enjoy a flexible working schedule including a mix of evenings and daytime as well as weekends.
