Maintenance Person For Mobilehome Community

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our Mobilehome Community team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring upkeep of common areas, facilities, and infrastructure. Some of you main duties include: basic maintenance tasks, responding to repair requests, conducting inspections, reading water meters, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance and great communication skills. It is a great and fun job for the right person.
