SalaryWe are looking for a Maintenance Person to repair homes at a mobile home park in Los Molinos.
Summary:
Tasks can include repair and/or maintenance of buildings(mobile homes); Painting; Carpentry; Basic Plumbing, Flooring Repairs.
Experience/Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year construction experience. Experience in repairing mobile homes is preferred but not required.
Must have own tools/transportation.
Compensation:
$17/hour paid weekly
