Maintenance Person

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of properties managed by Flagship Real Estate Management. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, replacing light bulbs, and fixing plumbing issues
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work orders, parts used, and time spent on each task
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of household electrical and mechanical systems
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must provide own transportation and have a basic set of tools for normal repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour
