Compensation Based on Experience
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs machine maintenance as indicated within PPI procedures. –
2. Working directly with maintenance personnel and machine operators to ensure the proper maintenance of equipment to limit machine downtime. –
3. Support for all ISO requirements related to facilities maintenance. –
4. Assists with the cleanliness and safety requirements as they relate to facility maintenance. –
5. Experience with CNC equipment.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements include:
· Minimum of three (3) years experience is preferred.
· Should be familiar with Production equipment such as Haas, Makino, and Citizen, to name a few.
· Building maintenance knowledge.
· Ability to read and interpret both schematics and blueprints.
· Understanding of basic pneumatic systems and controls.
· Basic electrical knowledge, including single-phase and three-phase 480V.
· Familiar with the JCI Metasys system.
· Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven record of success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven work environment.
· Proficiency with various business database and software programs; including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
