Maintenance Manager

All Seasons Resort Lodging is seeking a highly organized and driven maintenance professional to oversee the daily maintenance operations of the Park City based properties. We are a vacation rental property management company based out of scenic Park City, UT.

Responsibilities:

• Provide flawless service to guests, employees and homeowners.
• Manage expenses and budget for payroll, maintenance supplies and recovery.
• Interface with various third party vendors - including HOAs.
• Mitigate guest concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct property walks and inspections.
• Assure the efficient use of supplies and equipment.
• Supervise the work order process in Streamline and the Property Care app.
• Create and provide reports to the corporate office as scheduled /needed.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and relationship building.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, nights if/as needed.
• Knowledge of managing budgets and reading P&Ls.
• Skill with all Microsoft products, including Word and Excel.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred. Extra points if you have hospitality experience.

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 per year

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
