POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for internal and external non-major repair and upkeep of Turning Point Properties
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: This position reports directly to CFO
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure all maintenance needs are recorded on the facilities log.
- Develop timeline by which assignments will be completed.
- Communicate in written/ oral form with contractors/ vendors as needed.
- Handling and storage of all TPI equipment used to maintain grounds and properties.
- Follow safety requirements by OSHA standards
- General maintenance of TP properties (painting, replacing light bulbs).
- Inspect buildings weekly and report all needed repairs.
- Assist in installation and/or removal of equipment or furniture.
- Ordering and tracking of cleaning supplies.
- perform maintenance overhaul of assigned facilities two (2) times per year
- Fixed Asset Acquisitions and disposal reports as needed
- Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as assigned.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Boiler License
- Knowledge of HVAC Systems
- Ability to sheet rock
- Ability to clean carpets
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Experience in professional painting.
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
HIRING GUDELINES: A.A. Degree/or in pursuit of and one-year experience in maintenance field, Valid Driver’s License (with no DWI’s on record over past two-years), Must have familiarity with Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) software applications, Must be able to work individually and as part of a team
Pay range of $50,000 – $53,000.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- Attend events hosted by Turning Point and table events within our community
