Metz Environmental Services is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Slippery Rock, PA. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all building-related activities in an educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Supervise maintenance workers in completion of assigned tasks
- Control activities like snow removal, parking space allocation, waste disposal, groundskeeping, building security etc.
- Keep accurate records of facilities operations
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Well-versed in facilities management best practices
- Experience managing personnel
