As a Maintenance manager you will direct the daily operation of the Center Maintenance Department staff and activities, coordinates building and grounds maintenance and repairs for Center owned/leased properties to ensure that sites meet standards established by the Center, Devereux and regulatory agencies. Assists with development and implementation of capital projects related to physical plant construction, renovation and redesign
$1500.00 sign on bonus after 30 days of employment

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.Trade or high school diploma, and one or more years of specialized training.Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least21 years of age.
