```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, wiring, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects and tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements:```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for electrical work
- Experience with industrial electrician work, including working with programmable logic controllers
- Knowledge of frame carpentry for renovation projects is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
