Live Intake Notes:
- Involved in the first stage of the mailroom which is getting payroll checks to all domestic store locations on a weekly basis and then preparing for the following week
- Stand a lot during the day
- Recommend to bring gloves
- If hired as an employee, the individual will be moved to the next stage of the mailroom which is package handling, but doesn't require anything more than handling small packages that are no more than 25lbs
- Selling points: corporate environment, steppingstone into the corporate side of the company, potential to move into other roles; not customer facing
First Day/First Week –
Contractor will be expected to participate in:
- Small amount of labor/Lot of hand work (gloves would be great) Sticky Labeling involved.
- Receiving and delivering packages/processing on computer (Mail center environment)
Warehouse environment:
- Able to follow direction
- Self-starter and good attitude
- Pull Tickets & sort mail
- Physical work, packing slips
- Must be able to lift heavy packages and boxes, 25-50 lbs assistance can be requested if more than 25lbs.
- Stand on their feet for long periods of time
