Brown & Brown is seeking a Mailroom Clerk to join our Team in Phoenix, Arizona!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Open and sort all incoming mail
- Scan mail to the appropriate department
- Copy checks for accounting
- Data entry, typing, outgoing mail preparation
- Cover receptionist desk with multi-line switchboard
- Maintain supply room ensuring it is fully stocked
- Schedule deliveries and overnight mail
- Assist with projects as needed
- All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with multi-line switchboard
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- High School Diploma or GED
