Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates document services processes and is responsible for maintining and scanning print instructions and production print specifications. Responsible for providing technical support for file maintainence. Operates and maintains a variety of copier/printer and document finishing equipment combining computer skills and interactive skills necessary to provide administrative support and high quality service. Utilizes independent judgment in prioritizing projects and in delivering excellence in customer service. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail in processing documents and following current brand standards.
Essential Functions

  • Greets and communicates in a manner consistent with caring and respect, Attends to visitors and deals with inquiries on the phone, email and face to face providing information regarding department services to customers. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality of information in all aspects both written and verbal.
  • Operates production printing equipment by intereacting with files and emails and managing print ques.
  • Troubleshoot system problems and performs minor maintenance procedures on printing or finishing equipment, as needed. Analyzes and resolves technical issues including performing file back ups.
  • Operates finishing equipment such as bindery, folder, laminator and paper cutter and shows a great deal of attention to the delivery of a quality product.
  • Performs basic office duties such as sorting/distributing mail, copying, filing, faxing, and ordering supplies.
  • Maintains charge backs for internal customers by collecting and entering data. Runs reports as needed for billing required by finance and management.
  • Creates, saves and maintains document files including forms, , brochures, booklets and education materials saving printing specifications and maintaining web based files.
  • Utilizes a variety of operating systems to loaded and maintain data in a web-based document library. Responsible for directing others in order to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Required High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience in production print shop (preferably working with Xerox production printers) Required
