Pay Range: $14.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes mail and other documents from internal/external customers in a production environment. Prepares documents for scanning, scans and indexes documents.
- Performs quality control of all documents scanned and indexed to ensure integrity of information transmitted.
- Processes work according to Service Level Agreements
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Two years related work experience. Prefer at least one year in an imaging role.
- Knowledge of general office procedures. Familiarity with basic office equipment such as personal computers, copies, fax machines, etc.
- Prefer familiarity with imaging, internal documents and processes and/or customers.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to efficiently operate office equipment, including personal computer, calculator, fax, and copy machine. Ability to perform indexing.
