Acara Solutions is seeking aMail Room Coordinatorfor our client in Wayne, PA!

Here's what you'll do:
- Maintain basic office supplies for the building.
- Receive, send, track, and record incoming and outgoing UPS, USPS, and DHL packages.
- Deliver and pickup incoming and outgoing mail building wide.
- Greet new hires and provide company badges.
- Maintain company manifest, phone lists, and seating assignments.
- Assist with conference room set up for company functions and meetings.
- Supply coffee and break areas, restock daily, and porter as needed.
- Assist with building maintenance issues.
- Assist with offsite records storage and retrieval program.
- Provide printing services as needed.
- Aid with office moves and set
-up. - Provide entry level troubleshooting services for all copier related issues.
- Provides backup coverage for Receptionist as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, collating and faxing.
- Assist with projects as needed.
Type: Contract to Possible Direct
Pay: $18/hr.
Hours: M
-F 7:30AM
-4:30PM

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year shipping and receiving experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- UPS or FedEx experience.
- Strong communication skills.
