SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Magical Forest Event Manager F&B and the MF Food Service Lead, the Food Service Worker will perform a variety of semi-skilled kitchen/cafeteria related duties as assigned in compliance with the policies and procedures of the State of Nevada Health Department as well as Opportunity Village.

There are evening hours and weekend responsibilities with this position that may require extended hours. This is a seasonal position through the months of September 2023 ? January 2024 utilized to support the Magical Forest.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide food service during Opportunity Village events. May included: food preparation, food service and delivery, set up and cleaning of food service areas, dishwashing etc.
- Restock, replenish and update inventories as appropriate for food and beverage preparation and fry station areas.
- Follow recipe guidelines and specifications, as established by the Magical Forest Event Manager F&B.
- Follow all policies and procedures according to Clark County Health Codes.
- Ensures sanitation and cleanliness meets Health Department standards.
- Set up and breakdown of concession areas, tables and chairs may be required.
- Provides customer service to patrons of HallOVeen and the Magical Forest events.
- Report any safety and/or security issue to Event Director, MF Event Manager or Security Team.
- Report any damaged or broken equipment or item to Event Director or MF Event Manager F&B.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Volunteers assigned to concession areas of HallOVeen and the Magical Forest.
