```Duties```
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Key holder/Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, train, and develop a sales team
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills
- Experience with cash register operations and inventory control
- Strong administrative skills, including record keeping and report generation
- Ability to recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives
