Machine Setup - Full Time,2Nd Shift (No Fridays)

Complete Design & Packaging (CDP) has grown from a small brown box manufacturer into a state-of-the-art sheet feeder plant specializing in high graphic packaging and Point-Of-Purchase displays.

We currently have several Machine Setup/Warehouse positions on 1st and 2nd Shifts. Our work schedules are very generous-

• 2nd Shift: Mon. - Thurs., 3:00pm-11:00pm., No Fridays(Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours, includes Shift Differential)

Under general supervision, the ideal candidate will perform semi-skilled production tasks in a manufacturing environment. 

General Duties:

• Assist Machine Operator with printing plate installation as needed.
• Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing dies, stops and guides.
• Remove and replace cutting dies from the machine.
• Communicate with forklift operator to insure correct material is available in order to minimize downtime at the machine.
• Clean printing plates during active job runs.
• Feed raw material into or through machine for processing on the production floor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize safety and productivity.
• Perform related tasks as required or directed by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Graduate or the equivalent.
• Capable of working in a production environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Some Production experience is desirable.
