**Machine Operator**
**Duties:**
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production efficiency and quality control
- Set up machines according to specifications and perform routine maintenance
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or production process
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity using power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting machinery
- Proficient in using hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
