Machine Operator

Machine Operator - Wixom 
As the Molding Machine Operator, you are responsible for inspection, trimming, some secondary operations, first piece/last piece quality inspections and packaging of molded components. If you have 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operation that is a plus; however, our client is willing to train inpiduals who exhibit a superior work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operation of plastic injection molding machines including placement of
inserts/hand loads.
• Trimming and sorting of parts in a cleanroom environment
• Performing quality inspections per part specifications
• Following work instructions, cleaning, and safety procedures
• Legibly completing documentation of production counts and inspection
information
• Performing assembly and packaging tasks as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
• One (1) or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably with injection
molding.
• Mechanically inclined
• Molding process development experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work overtime if necessary, based on production needs
• High school diploma or GED
• Occasionally lift up to 40lb
