2nd Shift: Mon – Fri 3:30pm – 12am midnight (40 hrs/week), OT available based on production needs

What you will do:
As a Machine Operator III, you will be responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.
- Perform manual machining of intricate parts; 2D & 3D CNC programming; set-up & operation; creation of a project queue for CNC equipment; and hand finishing
- Demonstrate capability of successfully running 2 different machines, such as but not limited to Lathes (Turning) and Milling machines
- Operates multiple, simple to advanced CNC manufacturing equipment, for example 5 Axis Milling, Mill Turn and Screw machines
- Troubleshoot and recognize basic issues that arise
- Operate independently based on guidance from team leads
- Engage in continuous improvement activities by solving problems with structured problem solving process/approach and suggesting improvement ideas
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
What you need:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Two (2) Years Manufacturing Experience Required
- CNC machining experience, Highly Preferred
- Familiar with machine set-ups, i.e. changing tool, inspection methods, Preferred
