Principal Accountabilities:
• Become IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified and retain those certifications.
Meet production requirements: Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion documentation,
Pass the Component Identification quiz, and In-process inspect accurately.
• Operate Europlacer pick and place machines per work instructions.
• Load Europlacer trolleys per work instructions.
• Review Europlacer PROMON data to help evaluate machine issues while running product.
• Operate convection and vapor phase reflow ovens per work instruction.
• Operate Stencil print equipment per work instructions.
• Operate X-ray machine per work instructions.
• Operate 3D AOI system per work instructions.
• Operate the SPI system per work instructions.
• Operate the Vision Master per work instructions.
• Operate in line and batch washers per work instructions.
• Assisting with AOI review stations with the inspectors.
• Ability to work on all SMT related machines throughout the work shift.
• Follow directions of Lead and communicate effectively.
• Follow documentation.
• Depanel per work instructions.
• Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position. Help update
procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance on machines as required.
• Strive to produce the highest level of quality.
• Work in a manor that meets or exceeds production schedule.
• Understand and maintain all Safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols.
• Work in a manor that meets or exceeds quality level and production schedule.
• Help to update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
• Maintain 6S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes.
• Be a role model by following and re-enforcing Safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols.
• Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change, as a minimum give feed back
regarding changes to ensure stability and sustainability.
• Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position. Help update
procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
• Use the MES to track time the status of jobs.
• Pursue relentless reduction of waste
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating Europlace pick and place machines.
IPC-A- 610 and J-STD-001 certified
2 years of experience operating SMT machines
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, Swing shift schedule from 3:00 pm - 1:30am with possible overtime on Fridays.
