We currently have position openings for experienced manufacturing personnel on our Day, Swing and Weekend Shifts.

Candidates applying should have a strong work history in manufacturing environments or have direct experience in our industry in operating corrugated converting equipment.

Shift assignments are determined based on company needs and candidates applying for employment are expected to be flexible in this regard.

Job Position

Machine Operators / Press Assistants

Wage

No Industry Experience - $24.30 starting.

Industry Experience – DOE

Swing Shift - 3% shift differential.

Weekend Shift – 36 hours worked – 4hr shift premium.

Shift Schedules

Day Shift

Monday thru Thursday

Shift Hours: 5:00am – 3:30pm

Shift length: 10 hours

Swing Shift

Monday thru Thursday

Shift Hours: 3:30pm – 2:00am

Shift length: 10 hours

Weekend Shift

Friday - Sunday

Shift Hours: 6:00am – 6:30pm

Shift length: 12 hours

General Responsibilities

• Learn to safely and efficiently operate various pieces of converting equipment
• Effectively learn and apply established quality control procedure
• Effectively execute position responsibilities as they pertain to the assigned work center.
• Read and follow order specification documents
• Consistently work to develop or enhance skill set.
• Effectively work with co-workers and establish a team approach to achieve company goals and expectations.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Successfully work in multiple areas of the converting plant and be able to perform to expectations.

Basic Qualifications to succeed.

• Mechanically inclined and able to learn new skills within a standard timeline.
• Comfortable around heavy equipment in a fast pace environment.
• Mentally and physically perform at a high pace with a sense of urgency while maintaining company expectation of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Basic Math Knowledge and ability to read a tape measure.
• Possess a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime (Required)
• Dependability - Attendance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18+ years old
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass drug screen, and physical abilities test.
