Job Description
- Temporary to Permanent Positions
- Starting Payrate $16.00 - $16.50/hr
- Payrate increase to $21/hr - $21.50/hr (Upon permanent placement)
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11pm – 7am
- Set up and change over machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control, adjust and document machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools per Control Plan
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Track hourly output to identify machine related issues
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Maintain daily machine activity logs
- Maintains clean and safe work areas
- Follows all policy and safety guidelines within assigned departments.
- Willing to perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED), technical degree a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required, technical degree preferred
- 1-2 years of manufacturing work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, exposure to various work environments
- Attendance / Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
