Form of workStotz Equipment, a John Deere dealer, is looking for a Machine Monitoring Specialist. This individual will be a resource for Service Departments across all locations. This person will be responsible for monitoring machines using John Deere systems for Expert Alerts and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) for proactive machine diagnosis and repair. Contacting customers and conversing at a high level about what machines are experiencing. Contacting and delivering information packages to locations for machine repairs. What It Takes:
Candidates should be able to complete the following job requirements:
- Have a solid understanding of the remote technologies available to our service departments
- Enhance our proactive customer support by Monitoring Expert Alerts and providing support in identifying solutions to meaningful alerts.
- Understand and utilize Machine Health Dashboard to enhance efficiencies in addressing machine issues identified.
- Analyze data and communicate information on company progress in utilizing the technologies
- Work with Service Managers/Admin to obtain feedback on various technology systems and have them utilized as appropriate.
- Function as a Technician Support Specialist when available, specializing in supporting AMS issues
- Provide internal training to improve efficiencies and engagement in these technologies
- Continually look for ways to improve the level of support provided
