Job Summary:
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Machine Learning solutions to address critical challenges within the pharmaceutical industry. This remote position will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including scientists, researchers, and data engineers to leverage the power of AI and Machine Learning for drug discovery, clinical trial optimization, and other groundbreaking pharmaceutical applications.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models for tasks like drug target identification, patient stratification, predicting clinical trial outcomes, and optimizing pharmaceutical processes.
• Collaborate with scientists and researchers to gain a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges within the pharmaceutical domain.
• Prepare and clean large datasets for Machine Learning analysis.
• Develop and maintain efficient Machine Learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of Machine Learning models.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Machine Learning algorithms and techniques relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying real-world Machine Learning models.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
• Proficiency in Python and Machine Learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
