**Overview:**
We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Texas, USA. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both onsite and remotely. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying Machine Learning techniques.
2. Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
3. Implement and optimize Machine Learning pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
4. Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into underlying patterns and trends in the data.
5. Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on model designs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
6. Work closely with software engineers to integrate Machine Learning models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning research and technologies and evaluate their applicability to our projects.
8. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Machine Learning best practices.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, with a strong focus on developing and deploying Machine Learning models.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience using Machine Learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
4. Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and data mining concepts.
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with deploying Machine Learning models in cloud environments.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite and remote work environment.
8. Prior experience working in agile or scrum teams and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
1. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
2. Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.
3. Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka.
4. Previous experience working in the healthcare, finance, or e-commerce domains.
5. Certification in Machine Learning or related field (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).
