JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maaco is North America's #1 Body Shop. Maaco has nearly 400 independently owned and operated franchise locations across the United States and Canada and have been named a top automotive franchise numerous times by Entrepreneur Magazine in its Annual Franchise 500 ranking. In addition to other honors, Maaco has most recently been included in the Top 150 on Franchise Times' list of Top 200 franchises. Maaco is a member of Driven Brands, the largest automotive services company in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for project management, social, creative, PR/communications and promotions
- Build and execute local media plans for multiple DMAs across the franchise system
- Work with leadership on innovative ideas and strategies to grow the Maaco brand
- Liaison with agency partners to manage marketing and promotional campaigns across digital media channels, TV, radio, print and mobile
- Collaborate with the marketing strategy team to monitor media channels and concept ideas to continue moving the needle forward
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or current Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and aptitude for collaborative environment
- Strong knowledge of communication and marketing practices
- Experience in utilizing social media to foster brand awareness, develop processes, and facilitate educational, informative, and dynamic content
