Summer Grant Writing Intern Needed (VOLUNTEER POSITION)

Carolina Teachers Alliance Inc., carolinateachers.org, DBA American Tutors, NC-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit nonpartisan public charity educator association and educational services provider seeks a Volunteer Summer Grant Writing Intern for our Summer Grant Writing Project. The volunteer intern will apply for and track grants through our grants software. Training will be provided. Seeking an Intern who can devote 40-50 hours this summer who can apply to 40-50 grants for us. Email resume to amarshall@carolinateachers.org. No experience necessary. Upon successful completion of this project, we will issue a letter of recommendation listing the number of community service volunteer hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       College student or graduate

·       Excellent writing skills

·       Comfortable with technology

·       Able to devote 40-50 hours this summer (5 hours/wk)
