Provides nursing car, including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes. This position also supervises other nursing department staff.
Shift:Double Weekend
Hours: Full-time, 6am-10pm
Qualifications: Texas LVN License is required
