No experience necessary, but preferred. Will train the right person.

The Hotel Parking Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner, including assistance with use of pay stations, and area navigation. This position frequently works outside and can be exposed to the elements.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner

· Direct traffic at entrances and exits to ensure efficient flow

· Perform vehicle counts throughout shift to ensure parking areas do not over fill available spaces

· Complete parking enforcement audits, including daily written reports

· Conduct parking enforcement procedures for employees who violate parking policies

· Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs

· Provide guests with appropriate information and effective solutions

Qualifications and Experience

* At least 18 years of age

* Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

* Ability to clearly and professionally speak, read, and comprehend the English language

* Excellent personal hygiene and grooming, beard trimming, presentable professional hair style.

* Ability to maintain professional appearance and mannerisms.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

· Stand or walk for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift

· Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time, up to the entire duration of a shift

· Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather
