Luxury Reservations Agent - Vacation Rentals

Hourly pay plus unlimited commission plus bonuses.

An average agent will make between $35,000 - $80,000 per year.

Top Villas is looking for a Reservation sales agent to join our growing US based team, your role will be to speak with our clients on the phone and via email and give them the best possible advice in order to book a Top Villas vacation.

Top Villas is one of the largest luxury vacation rental agencies in the UK and USA, offering over 5,000+ homes in over 50 of the most desirable destinations in the world. We offer a fun and creative environment.

We are currently on the lookout for a luxury travel consultant to join our team at our Orlando destination office located in Davenport/Kissimmee which is close to our key communities of Reunion Resort, Championsgate and Encore Resort at Reunion. Other bookable destinations you may be dealing with is the Caribbean and Europe.

We are looking for a fun, confident and lively candidate to join our team. Great personality is a must! As you must be able to build rapport with the client quickly.

The varied role will see you renting luxury vacation homes to high end clients from all over the world. We are looking for someone to work full time.

Our opening hours are 9am to 8.30pm Monday through Sunday.

What we require:

- Effort, we are looking for a candidate who is not ordinary but extraordinary, you will be expected to go above and beyond with every task and client you deal with to maintain Top Villas level of customer service.

- Great communication and customer service skills. Good personality is a must!

- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients so they come back year after year

- An interest in travel
