```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LUXURY EXPERIENCED Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service department. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient vehicle maintenance and repair.
```Duties```
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and advisors
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments
- Provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs, and warranties
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, and place orders as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive service
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or similar role in a LUXURY BRAND automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license
