Job Description
1st Special Forces Command (1st SFC (A)) has a continued requirement for Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) program support. The LREC Program Management and Academic Specialist (LMAS) will provide management, administrative, and Academic support.
Duties and Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Assess and analyze advanced language testing statistics, advanced LREC training database statistics, analyze advanced language training POI and recommend changes that enhance the effectiveness of the 1st SFC’s advanced language training program.
- Assist GOVT manage process improvements to the 1st SFC’s advanced language training program, recommend metrics and implement approved metrics, and collect data to measure improvements.
- Facilitate implementation of approved changes to the 1st SFC’s advanced language training program.
- The Contractor shall collect and analyze individual language testing results from subordinate commands for the purpose of conducting consolidated analysis reports. These reports will be accomplished by compiling required testing analytical reports, reviewing/identifying gaps, and reporting trends within unit training programs
- Conduct analysis of after-action reports from each advanced language training course of instruction in order to produce consolidated reporting on the identified recommendations concerning the 1st SFC Command LREC Training Program
- Familiar with making estimates and predications with available information.
- Ability to plan and forecast Programmed events.
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proficient in of Microsoft Office Programs Excel, Access, Power Point, Word.
- Report weekly in designed databased/data collection and deliver to clients, GOVT reps, etc.
- Must have strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience in Evaluating and assessing program strengths and weakness.
- Working well and communicate clearly with subordinates and superiors alike. Have the experience to discuss program goals and status.
- Establish sustainable goals for the organization.
- Tracks and coordinates training in support
- Validates requests Memorandum for grammar and Content
- Familiar with Microsoft based Databases
- Generates reports from information and analysis
- Reports Task and resources related issues
- Supports short-range and long-range planning efforts training
- Be familiar with policies related to CMF 18, 35, 37, and 38
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
Travel: Up to two weeks of travel per month may be required. Will be required to maintain telephone and email contact during travel
